はんなり和菓子ラボに、新しくインドネシアから日本に来たフェネシアさんが、外国人リポーターとして加わりました。
ワークショップなどのイベントについて、英語でリポートをしていただきます。
まずは、先日行われた「和菓子つくりの基礎」の紹介をしていただきました。

Hello everyone, my name is Fenesia from Indonesia. Currently I am living in Yokohama.
Ever since I was little, I`ve always loved sweets and desserts. Japanese confectionary has always been famous in Indonesia for its light taste and cute looks. I always admire how the craftsmanship of Japanese sweets represent the culture of its people.
On September 3, 2023, I joined Wagashi Class to make gyuhi and nerikiri This was my first experience joining Japanese sweets class. At first, I hesitated because of my little knowledge of Japanese Language. Moreover, I thought Japanese sweets are difficult to make but through this class, I learned that making Japanese sweets are easy and enjoyable. Within 2 hours, we were even able to make 2 kinds of sweets!
I am amazed that we can make Japanese sweets by only using microwave. Sensei was giving very clear instructions and shared many tips to make it well. I can picture myself making this at home for many times.
With the help of everyone, I was able to create such a happy memory and I would like to recommend this class for everyone who loves Japanese sweets. Thank you very much for　such a great experience.

みなさん、こんにちは。
フェネシアと申します。インドネシアから来ました。今横浜に住んでいます。
⼦供の頃から、お菓⼦とデザートが⼤好きです。⽇本の和菓⼦はだいぶ前からインドネシアで⼈気があり、薄い味とかわいい⾒た⽬が魅⼒になっています。和菓⼦の作り込みに⽇本⼈の⽂化が表れていることにいつも感⼼します。
2023 年 9 ⽉ 3 ⽇に和菓⼦のクラスに参加して求肥と練り切りを作りました。初めて和菓⼦作りを体験しました。最初は⽇本語がまだそんなにわからないから悩んだのですが、このクラスに参加してから和菓⼦を作ることは簡単と楽しいを勉強することができました。２時間で２種類の和菓⼦が作れました！
電⼦レンジだけで和菓⼦が作れることにはびっくりしました。先⽣は明確な指⽰を出してくださり、よく作るためにいろいろなアドバイスをしてくださりました。今後、⾃分の家で和菓⼦を作ることが想像できます。
みなさんのおかげで、いい思い出が作れました。そして、和菓⼦が好きな⼈々にこのクラスをお薦めしたいと思います。どうもありがとうございました。
